bdist_mpkg

This is the bdist_mpkg utility to automated the building of OSX mpkg files from a python package.

The code comes from:

I imported it from the Subversion repository using svn2git.

The code and some docs are on pypi at bdist_mpkg_pypi

The main author is Bob Ippolito.
