Major infrastructure change to modernize the mod source!
Because it touched every single feature of FRIK it is likely subtle bugs were introduced. Hopefully not many and no crashes.
Your help is needed to find them!

But I didn't want it to be all about infra and nothing for the player. So, I put an effort to fix some bugs and QOL fixes.

Important!
VR Address Library is now required, make sure you have the latest one.

Full Changelog:

  • Migrated from F4SEVR to CommonLibF4 infrastructure!!!
  • Support moving flashlight to either left or right arm/hand depending on the hand used to "grab" the flashlight from the head.
  • Support removing embedded FRIK flashlight using FRIK.ini to easily use other flashlight mods.
  • Support separate pistol/rifle weapon offsets for Pipe, Laser, and Plasma weapons.
  • Support new Pipboy dampening Hold-In-Place mode where the screen remains where it was opened and moved only if grip is held.
  • Improve Pipboy dampening: reduce lagging on big swings and fix screen fly in on opening.
  • Improve Pipboy physical operation by requiring free hand (no weapon) and not forcing looking directly at the Pipboy.

I recommend removing any VR position fixes you have to have the built-in position adjustment just work.

Full Changelog:

  • Fixed two-handed weapon rotation around the adjusted position to keep stock near primary hand pivot.
  • Fixed in two-handed mode primary hand not rotating with the weapon to keep primary hand fully on stock.
  • Fixed two-handed aim direction vector calculation, fixing jarred aiming for weapons with large offsets.
  • Fixed two-handed offhand grip trigger area calculation resulting in hard grip triggering for weapons with large offsets.
  • Fixed laser weapons and minigun muzzle flash shown in incorrect location especially when using two-handed.
  • Fixed entering/existing power armor delay in camera height adjustment causing jarred movement.
  • Fixes jarred movement on jump landing and areas where there is a small gap in the ground like the exist platform of vault 111.

  • Remove dependency on "Fallout4 VR Tools" mod allowing the use of OpenComposite.
  • Changed log file to FRIK.log and support rolling last 6 logs (FRIK.log, FRIK_1.log, ..., FRIK_6.log).

  • New Config Mode: (Press and hold both sticks down to activate, Right trigger to exit and save, left trigger to exit and restore former values)

  • Wrist Based Pipboy On / Off Improvements: (You can now press left trigger to open the Pipboy or hold trigger to turn the torch on / off - just like projected Pipboy mode)
  • Switch between standard and HoloPipboy Models: (Accessed via Pipboy Config Mode)
  • New Pipboy Nif: (Enables us to have both the holo and standard Pipboys interchangably in game, configured for the interactive elements and new visual changes for switches, buttons and dials)

  • Auto hand posture for Pipboy usage: (Hand should turn to pointing guesture when in interaction distance with the pipboy (only if screen is being looked at) and return to normal when it is out of range.
  • Better crouching posture both in and out of Power Armor
  • Independent vertical camera , body and posture configuration offsets: (Accessed via the main config mode)

Fixed workshop crash.
Added new method to hide head geometry based on Biped position in the TESObjectARMO form. This should make it less necessary to dump specific mesh names
Added substring matching for the mesh and skin ini's (thanks alandtse for this)
Added clamp on the leg IK code so that the length never can exceed the original mesh length. no more stretchy boy
Added walking state to handle deceleration such that legs won't tend to fly out in front of you
