Reviewed the PEP 621/Poetry hybrid configuration. Verified sdist and wheel builds, twine validation, clean installation/import, and generated metadata (project URLs, dependencies, Python requirement, license, and classifiers).

Fwiw you might also want to set up Pypi Trusted Publishing so that the package gets attestation data embedded in it.
