The previous documentation suggested tests could be placed "anywhere" in
tests/ui, according to current requirement (rust-lang/rust#144813) for proper subdirectory organization. This clarifies that tests must be placed in appropriate subdirectories, removes the outdatedhello.rsexample and fixes few more links to old tests.r? rustc-dev-guide
