Feature settings tab redesign - #19

Summary

The original settings tab was getting very cluttered with every added feature. I have reorganized all the settings into separate tabs.

Verified: clean build, 142/142 tests pass.

• This PR also builds upon hooveman's feat: add preference option to switch between metric and imperial units #13 PR to add settings for switching between imperial and metric units.
• Fixes issues of battery left not showing correctly in settings.
