fix: label jring heart-rate capability as 'HR' to match other rings - #63

The jring model's capability blurb read 'Heart rate · SpO₂ · Sleep' while every other ring in the catalog uses the abbreviated 'HR'. This showed an inconsistent 'Heart rate' chip on the pairing carousel for jring only. Align it to 'HR'.

On the ring-pairing carousel, the jring model's capability chips showed

Display-only string change (capability blurb, split into chips). No API, schema, or behavior change. Independent of the Liquid Glass work (PR #62).
