Move it into the General group, positioned under Physiology and above AI Coach, keeping the same .measurementInterval capability gate (so only Colmi rings that support it show the row). Drops the now-empty 'Device' section.

Moves the Measurement Frequency row from its own connected-only "Device" section into the General group, positioned under Physiology, above AI Coach. Keeps the
.measurementIntervalcapability gate (Colmi-only), and drops the now-empty Device section. Order in General is now: User Profile → Physiology → Measurement Frequency (when supported) → AI Coach → Coach Check-Ins (when supported). Builds clean.
