Summary

Major overhaul of the docs to reflect infrastructure changes with package hosting.

Why?

How?

  • Going with only four main manual install docs:
    • RPM
    • DEB
    • Windows
    • MacOS
  • Will no longer need to have separate branches for tracking versioned documentation, due to reduced complexity of docs
  • Update information on supported Python
  • General review and deprecation of misc content
