They are pretty text heavy. Maybe have a bold "cite us" at the beginning and a bold version thing. The font is very small and it doesn't really pop out. Also the line is broken in both the version and the cite us link.

@amueller @jnothman Is it safe to assume that the PR for this issue is abandoned? If that's the case, I would like to open a new PR since the one above has it's code in the master branch.

I'm still not super happy with the four line explanation of which version the docs are for.

I got three lines on local because I was using version v0.18 which is shorter than version v0.19.dev0. Oversight of mine. But, I like the second option better. Will fix it.
