Partially addressing #27151
This pull-request removes an example that does not contains any discussion and is really close in fact to the following in terms of pedagogical message: https://scikit-learn.org/dev/auto_examples/cluster/plot_kmeans_assumptions.html#sphx-glr-auto-examples-cluster-plot-kmeans-assumptions-py
Removing this example is fine. I also added a redirection then.
