Near the bottom of the (installation page)[https://scikit-learn.org/stable/install.html] is a section titled Intel Extension for Scikit-learn. The excerpt to focus on is:

The hyperlink throws an Error 404. Now, they have a new website at https://uxlfoundation.github.io/scikit-learn-intelex/latest/patching.html, which is what this PR replaces the old link with.
