If you can update this before tomorrow morning (December 8, Pacific time), we will get it out with our next docs deploy.

Proposed changes
We've received feedback that customers expect Cloud Mode to "just work" by flipping it on, yet they miss the requirement that users need to be previously-identified using FS.identify. We already made an update to our KB article to call out this requirement more prominently. Here we are doing the same for our Segment Docs
