Summary
docker tag+docker pushlines forwave/appfrom the Release step in build.yml. Internal Wave consumers migrated off the legacywave/apppath via DEVOPS-1452, so nothing internal needs it anymore.nf-tower-enterprise/wavepush to legacy ECR for now, wanted to check first.
