Popularity metric: Seem like not meet our standard, but i think worth exception for GNU nano.

@simple-icons/maintainers I think is worth make exception for GNU nano, but current icon is convert from font, the size is too big, maybe i need to redeaw it, or we can using Greek letter lowercase Eta "η". what's your attitude?
