Why
Detect API is upgrading to model version 4.0.
The entity gender_sexuality is now split into two separate entities: gender and sexuality.
This is a breaking change, and the SDK must be updated to reflect the new entity list.
Outcome
Python SDK v2 is updated with the latest generated code.
It now supports Detect API v4.0 without breaking functionality.
