Allows skipping the typing suggestion (aka Quick Type Bar) from being disabled when auto-completing mode is enabled. This includes both, auto-correction and spell checking.
This is particularly useful when attempting to reuse the auto-completion view for other purpose than auto-completion, like contextual assistance.
