Mental_SOTA

State of The Art for Inner Being
A Sanctuary for Neurodiversity

Mental_SOTA is an open draft for people who are overloaded by information, struggle with conventional workplace rhythms, and still carry meaningful projects inside.

This project is not about fixing people. It is about rebuilding rules that protect attention.

Core Ideas

1) Don't store in brain; store outside

Poor working memory is not a defect.
Your brain is for generating, not warehousing.

Any intrusive thought goes into an external Future / Brave New World in 3 seconds.

2) Minimal load, maximal repeatability

  • One mandatory action per day: one voice memo
  • One advancing action per week: pick one thought and share
  • Everything else: optional, skippable, forgivable

3) Open-source your inner world, close-source comparison

Share methods, failures, and fragments.
Stop competing over efficiency.
Your SOTA only compares with yesterday's you.

Three-Layer System

Future Layer

A never-organized voice-memo folder.

Idea appears -> record -> throw into the future -> keep living.

Workshop Layer

Once a week, pick one memo and turn it into:

  • a 200-word note, or
  • a 1-minute voice share

Bazaar Layer

A tiny community (<=20 people) with a simple covenant:

  • no required replies
  • no required frequency
  • only witnessing: "I am not alone."

First Action

Record this today:

I accept that my working memory is poor.
I accept that I often zone out.
From today, my SOTA is to throw one thought into the future every day,
and pick one thought to share every week.

Mental_SOTA 是一个开放草案,面向被信息淹没、难以适应普通职场节律、却在心里背着大项目的人。

我们不打算修复自己,我们打算重写规则。

三原则

  1. 不存于脑,必存于外
    大脑用来生成,不用来仓储。任何想法,3 秒内扔进外部「未来 / Brave New World」。

  2. 最小负担,最大可重复
    每天一条语音,每周捡一条思绪做分享。其余一切可选、可跳过、可原谅。

  3. 开源内心,闭源比较
    分享方法和失败,不参加效率竞赛。你的 SOTA 只和昨天的自己比。

三层系统

  • 未来层:永不整理的录音文件夹
  • 作坊层:每周将一条录音转成 200 字笔记或 1 分钟语音(#Mental_SOTA
  • 集市层:小社群见证「我不是一个人」
