Fix issue #476 --
Expands and updates README.md to include correct package-manager documentation for Homebrew as of 2020-03-11 (fix tap and cask paths) and provide Homebrew instructions in the macOS section.
Alternative to #504 - expands scope and clarifies packaging info for macOS
