These provide a mechanism for Spin embedders to hook into TriggerAppEngine, customizing its execution behavior. Reimplemented TriggerExecutorCommand's stdio log/follow behavior in terms of the new TriggerHooks. Fixed broken `--log-dir` along the way. Signed-off-by: Lann Martin <[email protected]>
