Mushroom farming with a focus on functional nutrition 🍄☀️

We grow mushrooms in British Columbia using methods informed by photobiology.

Our areas of focus:

  • cultivation methods that shape mushroom quality
  • post-harvest methods and process refinement
  • measurement, evaluation, and harvest-to-harvest comparison
  • traceable quality from batch to finished lot
  • farm systems that improve process control
