Following the changes made in symfony/symfony#39802.
Commands make:user and make:auth should be impacted.
I would really appreciate if someone can send a PR for this. Otherwise, I will try to do it for the first 5.3 releases.

Work already started for this: #824

I noticed the deprecations in CI related to the auth changes, the goal for 824 was to squash those deprecations / implement the new auth features - CI test failures from upstream changes bogged down the progress a bit, but we should be back on track shortly.
