Closing as "won't fix" because we don't document the Intl\Locale\Locale class (because it's just a replacement of PHP's Locale class ... so it's fully documented on PHP website). Besides, we've added the docs for the canonicalize option when used in other parts of the framework (e.g. the Validator) which is where readers will really need it.
