Minor clarification to php examples for generating URLs from paths (removal of a variable the examples don't define, which can be confusing if you jump straight into the middle of the document.)

an absolute URL, simply pass ``true`` to the third argument of the ``generate()``
method::

$router->generate('blog_show', array('slug' => 'my-blog-post'), true);

Thanks for this clarification! I've patched this into the 2.2 branch at sha: e99defc and with some tweaks thanks to @xabbuh at sha: 61c464e and sha: e3265ce

Thanks!
