A ignore pattern that bypasses send/receive only for individual files/folders.

Problem or use case

Use Case:
You have a server that syncs files to other servers and/or devices, one file in particular gets changed by multiple users, but only that one file. Putting the ignore pattern in will ignore send/receive only mode.

My Use Case:
I have a dedicated server set up for a game, this server also controls mods and config files, most of the files needs to stay intact on the server, but one particular file gets updated in the game and syncs to all players using syncthing on my local network.

With the requested feature, this file would correctly sync to the other players while leaving all the other files server stock.

There are no known (to me anyway) workarounds.
