What was changed
temporal server start-dev's--metric-portargument was incorrectly saying that it defaults to off. It actually defaults to a random port. Though the pertinence of that behavior is somewhat arguable, it is intentional. Fixed the CLI doc accordingly.temporal server start-devCLI arguments.
