I've been unable to fix or upgrade the stealjs example since stealjs is not being maintained. The latest version of steal has serious security vulnerabilities. While I realize this is just an example, I feel we should remove it to stop all the npm audit / dependabot noise and to make the repo feel less dated.
Note: The only changed file is bin/run-integration.js, all other changes are deletes.
