♻️ Refactor tests and add date-versioned tags.
Run the tests individually, from env vars instead of pytest's
parametrize. This allows using Travis build matrix for parallel testing and building.Discard Docker Compose setup to build and publish, and use the new setup based on env vars, and implement date-based tags for each image.
