Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Bun >= 1.1
• Rust (for Tauri desktop build)
• An Anthropic API key

Setup

# Clone
git clone https://github.com/CodePhiliaX/youClaw.git
cd youClaw

# Install dependencies
bun install
cd web && bun install && cd ..

# Configure environment
cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env and set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY

Run (Web mode)

# Start backend (hot reload)
bun dev

# Start frontend (in another terminal)
bun dev:web

Open http://localhost:5173 for the Web UI. The API server runs on http://localhost:3000.

Run (Desktop mode)

# Tauri dev mode (frontend + backend + WebView + DevTools)
bun dev:tauri

Build Desktop App

# Build sidecar + Tauri bundle
bun build:tauri

Output: src-tauri/target/release/bundle/ (DMG / MSI / AppImage)
