An open source command line RatioMaster with an optional WebUI.
Standalone app that fakes the upload and download a BitTorrent tracker sees for a torrent, without a torrent client and without transferring anything. Byte-exact emulation of 34 client versions (qBittorrent, uTorrent, BitComet, Azureus, Vuze, Transmission, Deluge and more), https and IPv6 trackers, proxies. Single file for Windows, Linux and macOS.
Ratio.py is a small command line RatioMaster.Net like in Python3. It fakes upload stats of a torrent.
