Can now send text to a connected display via displayText(text, fontsize).I have commented out the servo control code so that it doesn't fill up the Arduino Nano's memory.
Added SSD1306 display support.
Updated version from 0.4 to 0.5 in both files, as well as removed the unused functions in arduino.py. Also fixed a mistakenly-commented-out line introduced in the previous commit, which broke temperature readings.
Updated version numbers, quick bugfix
