In its current state, the PR doesn't seem to fix anything, only to enable the diff mode in tox. Do you intend to work on fixing black's warnings or should I just close this, and handle it when I come around to it (and enable it in the CI)? |

The checkers only need to run once, using the latest supported Python (probably?). Also fix black errors in order to re-enable it. Close ua-parser#96
