- Added `phoenix` and `phoenix_sim` modules to `arkhe-quantum` for decentralized research. - Implemented functional Bitcoin transaction signing (P2PKH) for totem anchoring. - Created the Digital Astronaut Activation sequence in `activation.rs`. - Extended `arkhe-cli` with `phoenix`, `sim`, and `sanity-check` commands. - Developed a Python-based protein folding simulation (SOD1, TDP-43, FUS) for Hal Finney. - Produced the Phoenix Manifesto and simulation dashboard. - Verified all components through testing and ledger generation.
