These characters do not appear in Casey, except U+677C 杼.

There does not appear to be any pronunciation available for U+313BB 𱎻, but since it is composed of two nonradicals with the same sound it should be double assigned.

I came across U+20114 𠄔, which is an oddball and was not included based on sound. I've never seen an inverted character: is this a Japanese thing?

Agreed. As for U+20114 𠄔, see Category R of the kStrange property for more examples. This Unihan database property is document in UTN 43.
