These characters appear to be semantic variants of characters in group 1590, not simplified versions. Since Casey generally keeps semantic variants in separate groups, it is not clear why he included U+233CB 𣏋 and U+2026A 𠉪 in 1590. As such it makes sense to have these characters put in a new group just following 1590, since they will share the same sound.
