Remove NLS_LANG environment variable from Locale-Initialization.
Instead, parse it and set Language and Territory (if given) in ConnectionInitialization-SQL via
ALTER SESSIONFunctionality as described in https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/database-technologies/globalization/nls-lang-099431.html#_Toc110410543
