Only a draft as GCC 15 has not been released.
PR is only meant to shake out any potential issues.

FYI in Yocto Project we're upgrading to GCC 15 and the two tests lsfd/mkfds-bpf-map and lsfd/mkfds-bpf-prog newly fail.

Has been for quite some time. Unfortunately the PPA we are using to install new compilers from has not been updated...
