CI: redox job fails #9111
Description
The CI job Build (ubuntu-latest, x86_64-unknown-redox, feat_os_unix_redox, redoxer, true) recently started to fail with a HTTP 403 error:

I'm not sure whether it's just a temporary issue or whether it needs further investigation.
