Background

Nearly 4 years leading the design system at one of Poland's largest commercial banks. 50+ components across Angular, SwiftUI, XML. 7+ product teams. Full token architecture (primitive + semantic), Storybook-based documentation, governance, internal training.

Earlier: Asseco Poland (Portal Rejestrów Sądowych, KRS, ECRIS/TCN), Sii / Puma Germany, Wakacje.pl, LiveChat. 10+ years shipping production design work.
