Removes vimeo-api.pem and related code from CURL_DEFAULTS. CURLOPT_CAINFO will default to the system path so the API can make requests to non-
api.vimeo.comendpoints.Also adds composer.phar/updates travis to use it to reflect the composer 1 dependency.
Fixes #286
