Updated docs to use non-root user when starting service. Implemented argon2id using nodes builtin crypto module.

Description
Update to use new hardened node container image.
Updated docs to use non-root user when starting service (default is still root for backwards compatibility).
Implemented argon2id using nodejs builtin crypto module and removed
argon2package.
