`vscode-linux-arm` does not exist as a defined build option. `vscode-linux-arm64` *does* however.
Also linux ia32 doesn't exist as a build target in the gulp files...

Also removed the ia32 suggestion, as that doesn't appear in the gulp files it seems |

Also also ia32 doesn't exist of windows, instead i suggest arm since windows now has arm support technically. |
