VueUse 12 has dropped support for Vue 2 recently. Since Vue 2 reached EOL almost a year ago, Vue Macros will also drop support for it in the next major version.

Additionally, unplugin released v2, ending support for Node 16 and Webpack 4. Consequently, Vue Macros will upgrade to this version and drop support for Webpack 4 and Vue CLI 4.

However, the paid plan for Vue 2 will continue and is not affected. See #373
