Describe the bug

create a new vue project. install and run it. go to components/TheWelcome.vue. There are red squiggles under the last WelcomeItem that say:

[vue/no-multiple-template-root]
The template root requires exactly one element.eslint-plugin-vue

Expected behavior

Doesn't violate eslint rules out of the box
