This PR should fix the bugs users are reporting:

watson-developer-clouddependency, but other updates to that package introduced a regression here and broke the build. So, I reverted the change where we madeRecognizeStreama dependency and added it back to the code. This is a temporary solution while we make changes to the Node SDK and figure out how to support them here.
