Summary

  • introduce PipelineExtensionLifecycle and registration metadata so extensions can target specific lifecycle phases
  • update pipeline runtime to filter hooks by lifecycle, surface official blueprints at @wpkernel/pipeline/extensions, and remove listr2-specific references
  • adapt CLI extension hook options/tests to pass the new lifecycle flag and await asynchronous registrations
