Summary

  • add the workspace hygiene readiness helper/docs for Task 64
  • repair the CLI bundle (php-driver assets + reporter export) and wire create-wpk to it
  • add the packed smoke harness + release-pack/telemetry docs for the DX phase

Testing

  • pnpm --filter @wpkernel/create-wpk typecheck
  • pnpm --filter @wpkernel/php-json-ast test -- ingestionRunner
  • node scripts/test/smoke-create-generate.mjs --clean-artifacts
