- A simple CSS-only pulsing button effect created without using JavaScript.
- The button expands and fades out smoothly to give a glowing pulse animation.
- Also attaching the output video for reference.

you have 2 different project committed in the same pr, also like add the pulse button project in its respective button folder. Please make 2 separate pr for 2 different projects. |
