Index files need to have a blank line at the end of them or zkg has problems. We should probably fix that at some point, but for right now can you fix your PR to have that?

Added a Zeek Manager package to detect PQC algorithm usage in TLS and SSH flows. This helps assess the transition to new post-quantum algorithms.
