Code for the talk Level 5 Coding Autonomy: Will Developers Still Be Behind the Wheel?
agentic/fail.py assumes that pandas is not installed. It is supposed to fail to run.
Similarly in agentic/Dockerfile the base image does not have pandas installed. It also uses non-existent image.
