I've done some additional changes in #43 to help push this forward a bit. It looks like we may have some issues with zend-eventmanager v2 usage: I'll try and look into that in the next day or two. |

I've been sitting on this long enough. The quest I started with #35 is coming to a close!
There are still a number of dev dependencies that need a merge before this will be ready to go:
In addition there are test dependencies on zend-mvc and zend-di. I'm not using either of these so am unlikely to get to them.
